There is a neat small room off the kitchen that is big enough to make a small office or nursery and is heated and cooled with new carpet.  It is being used as a walk in storage closet , but roomy enough for adding living space.   My favorite part of the home is the back,   I love the fenced in backyard,  and the really nice new deck that overlooks the nicely landscaped  yards and the new fire pit, super cool how the owner fixed it all up with stones looks awesome, that would be my hang out spot for sure!!   There is also a really nice shed in the back with a ramp for getting things in and out with ease. It's in really good shape.  My advice if you are looking for a home less than 150k in a great location that is USDA eligible.
